The process:

• You call us to book a viewing
• We will then come out to give you a free valuation
• If you decide to use us there and then, we can take photos and a full property description
• If you would like some time to make up your mind, no problem, we can just come back to get all the details at a later date
• A fee of £225 + VAT is then paid by you through our secure online banking system
• We will then enter your description onto our site and send you a proof to check and sign
• Your advert then gets sent to every major property website, detail of which can be found on the Homepage
• We will then arrange for a board to be erected, which costs £36 + VAT for unlimited hire
• It's then just a case of waiting until we get a call from a potential buyer
• We will then hand the contact details of the buyer to you so that a viewing can be arranged between yourselves
• We will continue to pass you leads until you accept an offer
• If the offer comes to ourselves first, we will pass this onto you
• We will then make sure to chase the sale until completion

Please Note: This service can only be offered within the East Midlands as it is determined by driving distance.

The process:

• You enter all the photos and description yourself via our website
• A fee of £125 + VAT is then paid by you through our secure online banking system
• Your property details are then sent to us for inspection before we proof them and send them to all the major property websites, which can be seen at the bottom of our homepage
• If you have chosen to hire a board we will then arrange for one to be erected by a national signage company at your house
• When we receive a call from a potential buyer to book a viewing, we hand their details to you to arrange a time between yourselves
• We will continue to do this until an offer is accepted
• After this, we have no responsibility and the sale is followed to completion between yourselves
• After 6 months your property will be automatically erased from all sites. An e-mail will be sent to you with the option of re-advertising with a price reduction if it has not yet sold. There is NO additional fee for this

This service is available to people across the entire country and is only limited by the individuals computer literacy.

Please Note:
Before we can begin marketing your property a HIP (Home Information Pack) must be in place. Either we can arrange for this on your behalf for a fee of £299 + VAT or you can arrange it yourself. If you choose the latter, you must provide a copy of the HIP before we can start to market the property. A copy of the EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) can be uploaded to our site or a copy sent through the post.

We do not offer floor diagrams or virtual tours like some other agents as quite frankly, we don't think they work, but we do offer other add on features such as Feature Property (Rightmove) that will be explained in the registration process.
