Sharpe Properties Limited (SPL) will not check or verify in any way the information provided by the vendor in respect of the property, but will advertise the property for sale entirely in reliance on that information.
The vendor therefore agrees to indemnify SPL, its Directors and employees against all liabilities (including but not limited to) any fines imposed or legal costs incurred in defending any proceedings brought against it or them under the Property Misdescriptions Act 1991 or similar enactment resulting from the placing of any information provided by the vendor in any advertising media whatsoever by, for or on behalf of SPL.
